Shipping policy

At Ink & Attitude, we produce our activity books and print items to order to ensure high quality and zero excess waste. Here is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

Processing & Production Time

• Printing Time: 2–5 business days Because our items are printed on demand, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, bound, and packaged before it ships.

Shipping & Transit Times Once your order leaves our printing facility, standard shipping timelines apply:

• Postage / Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Please note: Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 5–12 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Changes & Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Once an order enters production, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. Ink & Attitude is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking status shows that your package has been delayed past the 7-business-day postage window, please reach out to us at info@inknattitudeco.store with your order number so we can look into it for you.
