At Ink & Attitude Co, we want you to love what you ordered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our journals are unique and custom-made, we use a print-on-demand model. This means your book is printed fresh, bound, and quality-checked specifically for you the moment you order. 
Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product. 
  • If your journal arrives with bent corners, torn pages, printing errors, or transit damage, do not mail it back to us.
  • Simply email our support team at info@inknattitudeco.store within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement copy to be rushed to your door or issue a full refund at zero extra cost to you. 

2. Change of Mind Returns

Because every journal is custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind (e.g., if you decide you no longer want the book, or ordered the wrong item by mistake).
We highly encourage you to review the product descriptions, page count, and preview images on our store before completing your purchase. 

3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

To ensure fast delivery times, our Shopify store is fully automated and sends your order straight to our print provider (Lulu) almost immediately.
  • If you need to cancel your order or fix a typo in your shipping address, you must contact us within one hour of placing the order.
  • Once an order has entered the printing queue (usually after 60 minutes), it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. 

4. Lost in Transit

If your tracking link shows that your package has stalled or been lost by the courier, please contact us. If the courier network confirms the package is lost, we will cover the costs to print and ship a replacement copy to you immediately
