Orders generally take approximately 5–12 business days from production through to delivery.
Production generally takes 2–5 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days for postage.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information where tracking is available.

3. Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
Shipping rates for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

We ship internationally, with shipping options and costs depending on your destination.
MY BOOK ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Don't panic.
Email us with your order number, a brief description of the problem and clear photos showing the damage.
We'll review it and help you with the next steps.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders can move into production quickly, we're not always able to make changes once production has started.
